3.降温降温：灭菌完成后，停止注入蒸汽，打开冷水阀，将冷却水注入换热器的另一侧，实现对釜内工艺用水和产品的降温。

4.排水和完成：排干剩余的水，通过排气阀释放压力，完成灭菌过程。
