Main Features

Applied for the paste of labels on cylindrical containers.  

Glue Reservoir is designed in high-precision, the rollers takes glue evenly without drip and labels can be pasted solid and flat with low error rate.  

Hign accuracy rate of labeling by vacuum belt label transport. 

Bottles are checked by photoelectric, no bottle no label .

Freedom in motor speed adjustment by adopting stepless speed controller. 

Fast change over to other bottle size by replacing of label torrent, vacuum belt system.

It is in a simple design for ease of operation, repairing and maintenance. 

Suitable for independent operation, also possible for connection with line operation.

It is especially designed for round container labeling applications in industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, winery, etc.
