HLT300 is a sensor that integrates evaluation electronics.  It can reliably detect even the smallest hot melt point.  Once the operator has determined the optimum adhesive tolerance, the sensor's electronics operate automatically.  Instead of sending low-level signals through an amplifier interface, the HT-300 sensor itself determines whether the product is glued -- and the answer is purely digital.  Since then, only pure digital signals have been processed without interference.  This allows testing results to be almost free of the limitations usually imposed by product speed, dot spacing and rough manufacturing conditions.
