Description
This system is designed to solve the most labor-intensive area for second packaging, including materials transportation, sorting, stacking, case erecting, case sealing, rechecking and other modules.
This system is universal and suitable for most kinds of bags, bottles and carton boxes second packing, especially the most difficult soft pouch.
It is easy to adjust the size, and can complete the product size switching within 20 minutes.
It has high efficiency, can stack more than 350 packages / min of materials, to achieve more than 25 cartons / min. Basically one system can meet the production requirements of general medium-sized enterprises.
It is used the modular design, replacement of specific devices, can achieve the production requirements of carton, big bags and carton boxes packing.
It with fully automatic control, can integrate the primary packaging equipment to achieve automatic operation of the whole line.
