DPF Series Starch Separator

                                   
       Disc separator is a machine with disk that can rotate speedy, during rotation it make use of liquid mixture material that has uneven specific gravity to separate it. Disk separator take nozzles as discharge structure. It can be used in separating corn starch&gluten and condensing of starch&gluten, it can also used in separating other similar material. In China, DPF935 is the machine that have the largest processing load at the present time.

       To customers, the first that should be take into account is to choose right type (Including all technical indicators, quality, operation, price, running cost, maintenance, etc.). Disc starch separator (axis suspending) is the main machine used in starch proceeding due to its reasonable design. This type of machine is a better choose.

       This type of machine has the following characteristics：1.Large production capacity and regulation range, good separation results. 2.The diameter of drum and disk is big, it have biggish separation space and sedimentation room, the time that material stay in the drum is long, i.e. the treatment time is long, therefore it improve the separation effects and increase the processing capacity. 3.Make use of internal circulation, which can improve the separation effects and concentration of heavy phase. After the heavy phase go through nozzles, then the heavy phase discharge out from volute. While the heavy phase go through the bottom of volute, some of heavy phase go back to the heavy phase zone(in the drum) for second separation by passing the refluent pipe, by which it can improve the separation effects and concentration of heavy phase. This machine operate conveniently and stably. 4.Drum adopt upper lifting type configuration, stable operation. There is no material leakage, no pollution in vertical shaft system and easy maintenance. Easy to take out the drum.  5.Long-term continue operation, little stop, stable operation. Don’t need to wash the drum and disk frequently.  6.Large nozzle diameter, uneasy block; excessive nozzle quantity, it can still operate if several nozzles are blocked. Outer-block nozzle is easy to wash and needn’t disassembly the disk.  7.Don’t need centripetal pump and wash water pump, therefore energy consumption is low.  8.Large bearing load capacity, long life-span, bearing needn’t forced cooling and lubricating, it adopt continue lubrication. This machine is equipped with two needle valve typed oil cup and can be auto-controlled by PLC, which ensure the bearing lubrication during electricity cut-off and oil pump has something wrong. The lubrication system is safe. The vertical shaft is bi-support even intensity balanced framework, therefore it have great fatigue resistance and good under stress condition.  9.Great load capacity of strap. Even if reduce 2~3 strap, it can operate normally, so the life-span is long. Easy to change the strap, don’t need to disassembly the vertical shaft. The strap is tensioned by spring, don’t need to regulate the strap after start-up, stable under stress, no skidding, which improve the life-span of strap.
