Angel Yeast (Russia) Co., Ltd., the first yeast factory invested by Chinese enterprises in Russia.

Angel Yeast (Russia) Co., Ltd., the first yeast factory invested by Chinese enterprises in Russia, was completed and put into operation on February 27 in Dankov Special Economic Zone, Lipetsk Prefecture, Russia. It is understood that Angel Russia has 554 employees, including 530 Russian employees. In order to put the project into operation smoothly, the company dispatched 65 Russian employees to China for nine months of training and learning.

In June 2015, Angel Yeast Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with the Lipetsk State Government and the Dankov Special Economic Zone to invest 679 million yuan to build a factory there. The plant was put into trial operation in September 2017. In addition to the active dry yeast production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons, power generation facilities, sewage treatment facilities and organic fertilizer production lines have been set up.
