The Manter M16i V weighing machine is based on the Manter M12i V, which has been available for a while. As the name indicates, the M16i V has four additional scales. It is a versatile high-capacity weighing machine that can be used for various kinds of products simultaneously. The Manter M16i V is especially suited for sensitive products that require a low dro height. The engineers developed a unique modification to the scales for this - a V-shaped front and rear release valve. This ensures the products dro height is minimal. The beauty of this is that it makes the makes a distribution system obsolete. Manter is expecting a high demand for this machine for food stuffs that require a minimal dro height.

Optimised partitions
A robust stainless steel framework forms the basis van the M16i V. There are now adjustments to the construction that guarantee even more weighing capacity. An important development includes the optimised division of products over the existing vents. To improve the process, the artificial hoppers are now equipped with powerful vibration coils. This distributes the product that is being weighed over the entire width of the machine. Another improvement is the addition of detachable supply bins.

When the product moves in the direction of the weighing bin, it travels past this supply bin. This serves as a buffer for filling the weighing bin. The supply bin can be easily removed if needed. An advantage of this supply bin is that it increases access to the weighing bin. Both machine parts are also easy to clean. After being filled, the weighing bin dispenses the product directly onto the conveyor belt. Manter has a variety of conveyor belts available. 

The M16i V weighing machine is also equipped with Manters high quality software. These computer programmes are reliable even with high-capacity machines like the new M16i V. The first series of machines have been sold to garlic, onion and frozen fish packaging businesses.
