Two new food safety regulations come into effect on March 20

Since March 20, two new regulations have been implemented, "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Live E-commerce Operators Implementing the Main Responsibility of Food Safety" and "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Food Sales Chain Enterprises Implementing the Main Responsibility of Food Safety. The "Regulations on Supervision and Administration of the Main Responsibility of Food Safety for Live E-commerce Operators" clearly define the rigid requirements for the platform: whether it is the goods in the live broadcast room or the people in the live broadcast room, the platform must be in place according to the regulations on what and how to manage it.
