International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies Polagra-Tech is divided into three thematic exhibitions.

Meat and Fish Technologies Exhibition (previously known as the Meat Technologies Exhibition) is held every two years in odd-numbered years. It is exhibition about machinery, appliances, components and accessories dedicated for meat trade.

Bakery and Conectionery Technologies Exhibition is held every two years in even-numbered years. Here you can see: machinery, appliances, components and accessories used in bake and confectionery industry.
