The Starch Expo 2021 and Potato Expo 2021, jointly hosted by China Starch Industry Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., concluded on June 25. This expo is deeply combined with the food series exhibition of the same period, integrating starch, potato, health ingredients, food ingredients, health nutrition and health care products, food processing, packaging and others in the food industry chain. The total exhibition area of expo exceeds 170,000 square meters, with more than 2,000 well-known exhibitors at home and abroad, and attracting 71,107 professional visitors.

There were nearly 200 domestic and abroad enterprises related to starch, starch derivatives, starch processing machinery and potato industry took part in Starch Expo this year.
